Founded by Andrea C., who left the corporate world in 2022 to pursue her lifelong passion for animal care. The Pura Vida team consists of employees—not contractors—each completing a 10-step hiring process that includes background checks and CPR certification.
How It Works
You start with a required meet-and-greet so the team learns your pet's personality and routine. From there, they coordinate with your planner, photographer, and venue to build a custom timeline. On the day, your attendant handles transport, aisle walks, photos, breaks, and everything in between.
Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, Saturday–Sunday 10am–3pm. Bookings based on availability; last-minute accepted for additional fee.

Get in Touch ↓Wedding packages range from $320 for 4 hours to $480 for 6 hours. Additional fees apply for extra pets ($65/hr), mileage beyond 50 miles ($1.50/mi), holidays (+25%), and hotel room care ($60/hr).
Silver Event Package
$3204 hours of dedicated pet attendant service including transportation, on-site supervision, event assistance, potty breaks, vendor coordination, and candid photos.
Gold Event Package
$4005 hours of dedicated pet attendant service including transportation, on-site supervision, event assistance, potty breaks, vendor coordination, and candid photos.
Platinum Event Package
$4806 hours of dedicated pet attendant service including transportation, on-site supervision, event assistance, potty breaks, vendor coordination, and candid photos.

What animals do you care for?
Primarily dogs and cats, but they also care for fish, rabbits, turtles, and other small animals with detailed instructions from the owner.
Will we meet before I book?
Yes, a 15- to 30-minute meet-and-greet is required for all new clients.
Does my pet need to be vaccinated?
Yes, updated rabies and DHPP vaccinations are required.
How far in advance do I have to book?
Book as soon as possible. Last-minute bookings accepted for an additional fee based on availability.
What is your cancellation policy for weddings?
28+ days: 100% refund. 21-27 days: 75%. 14-20 days: 50%. 7-13 days: 25%. Less than 7 days: no refund.
What kinds of payment do you accept?
Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, and all major credit and debit cards through Time to Pet.
