How You Get Listed

Listings are sourced through automated discovery and manual editorial review. Inclusion is based on relevance and service quality — not paid placement.

Vendors who claim their listing and subscribe to Verified receive a badge confirming active participation on the platform.

How Inquiries Reach You

When a couple submits an inquiry on your listing, you receive an email with their inquiry details and a masked reply address. We manage this first exchange for a few important reasons:

  • Response tracking. We monitor whether vendors are replying to inquiries and how quickly. This lets us report accurate response times to couples, helping them decide which vendors to contact. Vendors who are consistently unresponsive may be flagged or delisted.
  • Lead quality. By confirming the first exchange, we can verify that a real connection was made before releasing full contact information.
  • Privacy protection. Neither party sees the other's personal email during the initial exchange. Contact info is released to you after you reply.

Once you respond through the relay, we'll send you the couple's full contact information (name, email, and phone if provided). From there, we encourage communication to continue on whatever channel works best — phone, text, personal email, or social media.

Free-tier and unclaimed vendors receive teaser notifications when inquiries come in, so you always know there's interest and can choose to claim and upgrade at any time.

Responsiveness

We track response times across all inquiries. Responsive vendors are prioritized in directory placement. Consistent non-responsiveness over multiple inquiries may result in a listing being marked inactive until you confirm availability.

You're never penalized for occasional slow responses — life happens. But couples rely on response time data to make decisions, so staying responsive directly benefits your listing visibility.

Listing Control

Claimed vendors can update their business description, contact info, website, pricing, service areas, FAQ, and more from the vendor dashboard.

Certain fields (URL slug, geo targeting, service type taxonomy) remain platform-controlled to maintain directory integrity and SEO stability.

Privacy

Contact information displayed on your public listing (email, phone, website) was either collected from your public website or provided by you directly. You can update or change this information from your vendor dashboard at any time.

Messages exchanged through our email relay are logged for quality assurance. We do not read messages unless investigating a reported issue.
