Common questions
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Cancel or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Monthly and annual plans are both month-to-commitment — we don't lock you in.
Can I edit my own listing?
Yes. Claiming and authoring are free — you get a one-week window to fully write and customize your listing: your story, photos, pricing, service areas, FAQ, and inquiry form. After that week the body copy locks, but your listing stays public for free and you can always update your contact details. To reopen body edits, upgrade to Verified. A few SEO-critical fields are platform-managed to keep the directory performant.
What if my business already ranks on Google?
Great — we complement it. Our city hubs rank for long-tail wedding-specific queries that generalist pages rarely capture. Being in both places wins more couples.
I serve more than one area. Extra cost?
No. One Verified subscription covers every listing on your account. Credits are shared. Feature whichever listings and cities you want.
How do I avoid burning credits on bad inquiries?
Screening happens at the form, not per lead. You design the inquiry form yourself — add any qualifying questions that matter (wedding date, venue, pet count, services, budget, custom questions). Couples must complete every required field to submit, so weak inquiries get filtered upstream. When you have credits, inquiries auto-unlock into full leads. When you're out, they hold as teasers until you top up — then you choose which to unlock.
Do you take a cut of bookings?
Not a percentage — a flat fee per lead. The only thing we charge for is lead delivery: a $15 credit to unlock a couple's full inquiry. Whatever the couple pays you for the wedding itself is 100% yours. We earn by delivering couples, not by taking a piece of your bookings.
