About
Alex, the founder, is a professional dog trainer and co-owner of a licensed home boarding business who saw firsthand that couples wanted their dogs at the wedding but needed someone who truly understood both dogs and events. She and co-owner Tyler — also a certified dog trainer and her husband — are joined by attendant Desireah, another professional trainer certified in pet first aid and CPR. All three bring genuine canine expertise, not just pet-sitting experience, to every wedding.
How It Works
After a video planning session, your dedicated attendant meets your dog before the wedding to build rapport and walk through the plan. On the day, they handle pickup and transport, keep your pup calm and groomed during getting-ready photos, guide them down the aisle, assist with portraits, and manage every potty break and moment in between — delivering a personalized highlight video afterward so you can relive the day through your dog's eyes.

How far in advance should we book Canine Celebrations for our Arizona wedding?
As early as possible once you've confirmed your venue and date — spring and fall wedding seasons fill quickly across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Sedona, and Tucson. Booking early also gives your dog time to meet the attendant and get comfortable with the plan before the big day.
What exactly does the Wedding Day Concierge package include?
It covers up to five hours of on-site care, round-trip transportation for one dog (up to one hour), two video planning sessions, vendor coordination, unlimited pre-wedding communication, a complimentary meet-and-greet, hands-on assistance during photos and the ceremony, and a personalized highlight video delivered after the event.
What happens to our dog after the ceremony if we're celebrating the rest of the night?
Canine Celebrations offers post-wedding care starting at $25 per hour, where your attendant safely transports your dog home or to your hotel, handles dinner and a walk, and sends you an update so you can enjoy the reception worry-free. Extended boarding at the lead attendant's home in the North West Valley is also available.
