Premier Pet TLC was founded in 2018 by Samantha Nielsen with a mission to deliver luxury-level, all-inclusive pet care for busy Austin families. Samantha's team is fully vetted, CPR certified, and bonded and insured through Pet Sitters Associates — and their track record earned them Best of Austin recognition from The Austin Chronicle in their very first year.

How It Works

Before your wedding, an intro call and meet-and-greet establish your pet's care instructions and home access. On the day, your dedicated sitter handles everything from transport and preparation to photo-ready positioning and post-event care, sending documented updates through the client portal so you stay informed. The entire team is backed by insured backup sitters, so nothing is left to chance.

How does scheduling work?

All scheduling is done through the Time to Pet app. You'll receive onboarding instructions after your intro call.

Do I get to meet my sitter beforehand?

Yes. Each booking begins with an intro call and meet-and-greet to review care instructions and home access.

Do you charge extra for multiple pets?

No. Our pricing is based on time, not the number of pets or tasks required.

What happens if my sitter gets sick or has an emergency?

We have backup sitters ready to step in. You'll always be covered.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. Premier Pet TLC is fully insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind.

Do you offer last-minute bookings?

We do, though there is a $10 surcharge for bookings made within 7 days of the service start date.

Can you administer medication?

Absolutely. Medication administration is included at no extra cost.
