Wagnolia Bells
Mississippi's premier wedding day pet chaperone — wherever you say 'I do'
Oxford, MS, Mississippi
About
Kathey Garrett founded Wagnolia Bells after her daughter's wedding revealed a real gap in wedding pet care — family members ended up scrambling, and she quickly saw there had to be a better way. Six years later, she leads a growing team of chaperones across Mississippi, Tennessee, and Alabama, all chosen for their love of animals and reliability under the pressure of a wedding day. The business name honors Kathey's family beagle, Magnolia Belle, and the tradition of ringing wedding bells welcoming a new couple.
How It Works
After your no-obligation phone consultation, Wagnolia Bells builds a custom schedule around your timeline and coordinates in advance with your planner and photographer. On the day, your chaperone arrives before the ceremony to practice with your pet, then handles transport, styling, ceremony participation, cocktail-hour mingling, and any post-event care — all per a plan built specifically for your dog. At the end of the celebration, your pet is returned home or settled in for an overnight stay.
Spring and fall weekends fill quickly across all locations; remaining balance due 30 days before event; full payment at signing if event is fewer than 30 days away
