How It Works
A complimentary meet-and-greet gets things started — Brooke visits your home, meets your pet, handles any key exchange, and goes over your pet's routine and preferences. On the day you need coverage, she arrives for scheduled visits that include feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and a photo update so you can see how your furry family member is doing. Emergency protocols, vet contacts, and care instructions are all confirmed in advance so there's nothing to worry about.

How far in advance do I need to book?
While we strive to accommodate last-minute requests, we can't always guarantee availability. For the best chance of securing our services, please book at least 72 hours in advance.
Do you require a meet & greet before starting?
Yes, meet-and-greets are mandatory, but they're completely FREE! These meetings help ensure the safety and comfort of both your pets and our caretaker.
What areas do you serve?
Currently, RPS serves all of Cape Coral, FL and select areas of North Fort Myers, FL.
How do you handle emergencies?
In case of an emergency, I follow a clear protocol to ensure your pet receives prompt care. First, I will assess the situation and contact you immediately to discuss the next steps. If the emergency requires immediate attention and I cannot reach you, I will take your pet to your preferred veterinarian or an emergency animal clinic as per your instructions. I keep a record of your vet's contact information and any specific emergency instructions you provide. Additionally, I have a first aid kit and basic first aid training to handle minor issues until professional help is available.
