Plus the Pups was founded by Hollie in 2022, after she cared for a Goldendoodle named Teddy at a wedding weekend in Lyons, Colorado and realized no vendor was fully focused on the dog's experience. She has since supported over 150 dogs at weddings across Colorado and at destination celebrations nationwide, earning the 2025 WIPA Social Innovator Award as the inaugural honoree. Hollie leads a small, dedicated team known for the kind of calm, attuned presence that helps even the most anxious dogs feel at ease.
How It Works
Before your wedding, Hollie or a team member conducts a virtual or in-person meet-and-greet to get to know your dog, learn your timeline, and build a custom care itinerary around your day. On the wedding day, they arrive early, handle all logistics and transport, keep your dog regulated and calm through the ceremony and cocktail hour, coordinate with your photographer for portraits, and close out the experience with a confirmed drop-off so the last thing on your wedding night is not wondering how your dog got home.

This preparation is central to how they ensure your dog feels settled and safe on the actual day.
