Pawsitivity Pet Care is owned and operated by Aysia Fantillo, a Victoria Stillwell Academy Certified Dog Trainer with over a decade of hands-on experience in positive reinforcement and fear-free handling. Alongside running her pet care business, Aysia has spent ten years working in veterinary hospitals as a Certified Veterinary Assistant. The company is ProLink insured, Fear Free Certified, and a member of the Pet Professional Guild.
How It Works
Couples begin with a first-date introduction walk so the dog is comfortable with the attendant before the wedding. A $150 non-refundable retainer and signed service contract secure the date. On the wedding day, the attendant handles all care needs, communicates with the venue and wedding planner, assists with photography, and provides a behind-the-scenes photo gallery (Wedding Date package).
Books on a first-come, first-served basis. A $150 non-refundable retainer plus signed service contract is required to reserve a date. Office hours Monday–Friday 9am–4pm; closed weekends and holidays (text inquiries accepted).

Prices exclude GST; additional dogs incur an extra $200 per dog fee.
Photo Date
starting at $290 CAD1 hour on-site service at the venue for photos or first look only. Includes a quick tidy-up before arrival (paws wiped, outfit dressed, doggy perfume spritz), pick-up and drop-off within the service area, and a first date introduction walk. No extra time can be added to this package.
Wedding Date
starting at $490 CAD3 hours on-site service at the venue, with extra time available as an add-on. Covers all wedding day duties including guest greetings, aisle walk, photos, and reception attendance. Includes coordination with the wedding planner and a behind-the-scenes photo gallery.
VIP Date
starting at $650 CAD3 hours on-site service at the venue plus 3 hours of pet sitting at the couple's hotel or home. Covers all wedding day duties including photos, guest greetings, ceremony, first look, cocktail hour, and reception.

Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Mission, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, and Port Moody. Locations outside this zone incur an additional travel fee.
Is a retainer required to book wedding services?
Yes. A $150 non-refundable retainer plus a signed service contract is required to reserve your wedding date. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are not held without payment.

Services are available anywhere in British Columbia, including Vancouver, Kelowna, Whistler, the Sunshine Coast, and more. The business is based in the Fraser Valley but is happy to travel for weddings.

What tasks do you handle on the wedding day?
Everything the dog needs: potty breaks, paw cleaning, water breaks, temperature monitoring, body language assessment, nap time, decompression space, photographer assistance with posing, guest photo help, and acting as the dog's personal advocate throughout the event.
Do you coordinate with my wedding planner or venue?
Yes. An email is sent to the wedding planner before the event to align the dog's schedule with the event timeline and ensure a stress-free experience.
Can you help walk my dog down the aisle?
Yes. The team has assisted many dogs walking down the aisle over 10 years and can also handle ring-bearing duties.
Can you care for more than one dog during the wedding?
Yes. One handler is required per dog to ensure each dog's needs are met. Additional dogs are charged at $200 per dog, and some exceptions to the one-handler rule may be permitted at Pawsitivity Pet Care's sole discretion.
