Can we meet before boarding or day camp?
All tours must be scheduled by appointment only. They require at least one day camp evaluation before boarding — this helps them understand your pet's personality and gives your dog time to get comfortable with the facility and team.
What should I bring for boarding?
Package each meal in labeled zip lock bags. Do not bring large food containers for stays under 6 days. Bedding is provided (raised pet beds and blankets) — bring only a small favorite toy. Medications should be in a daily dispenser container; no extra charge for administration.
What if I have to cancel?
Contact by telephone or text with as much notice as possible.
What do you do in case of an emergency?
In an emergency, they will immediately contact you or your emergency contact. If veterinary care is required, they'll take your dog to your nominated vet or the nearest available one.
