Dogwood Acres operates two established pet retreat locations in Maryland — Davidsonville and Kent Island — and brings that same level of professional care to weddings. Their team includes dedicated wedding pet attendants who understand both the joy of including a dog in a ceremony and the logistical realities of a wedding day timeline.
How It Works
After a consultation to learn about your pet and plan the day, a Dogwood Acres attendant arrives to groom and dress your dog, then drives them to the ceremony venue. The attendant manages your dog through the aisle walk, photo session, and any other planned moments, then safely returns them to the retreat for an optional boarding stay afterward — with daily updates so you can honeymoon in peace.
