Buffalo Dog Walkers was founded by Beau, who previously built and ran Rochester Dog Walkers — the leading dog walking company in western New York — from 2016 to 2021 before selling during the pandemic. That decade-plus of experience shapes everything about how the Buffalo team is hired, trained, and run.
How It Works
You start with a new client meeting to go over your pets' needs, access instructions, and schedule. After that, walks and visits are requested through the client portal, and you receive a detailed photo report after every visit. Weekly automatic billing means no manual payment hassle.
Additional $5 charge for visits after 5pm or evenings and weekends; $15/day holiday pricing on major holidays (excluding Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day for recurring services)

For dog walks, 24 hours notice is required for a credit. For pet sits, 48 hours notice is needed before the first visit for a credit.
